Based on Aura Noiseless InGaAs® APD technology, this family of ultra-low noise, low dark current, 1550 nm APDs are high-sensitivity devices and can be operated with high gain at high temperature
Technical note: Noiseless InGaAs® APDs are those with an excess noise factor low enough to achieve an APD gain of over 100 without SNR deterioration
